Mr. Meaux has 19 years of experience as an environmental consultant in Louisiana and Florida. He is a biologist by degree, obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University. The majority of Mr. Meaux’s career has involved project management in environmental risk management, site investigations, industrial hygiene (asbestos, lead, mold) investigations, and cleanup planning, with extensive experience in the Brownfields arena.  He has a broad background that includes evaluating environmental data in accordance with Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality’s (LDEQs) Risk Evaluation/Corrective Action Program (RECAP). 

 

In addition to serving as Treasurer of the Louisiana Brownfields Association since 2018, Mr. Meaux is an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).

 

A resident of Mandeville, Kerry has been very involved in the community working with youth by serving as a baseball coach within the Mandeville Knights program and soccer coach within the Mandeville Soccer Club.  In his free time, he loves hanging out with his wife, Michelle, and his two kids, Logan (12) and Kirsten (9).  Most weekends he can be found at a youth sports tournament anywhere along the Gulf Coast between Lafayette and Destin, Florida.
